  1. The Golden Rule applies - in simpler terms "BE NICE"
  2. Ask complete questions including:
  • Product Name -- Which product are you asking about?
  • Full Question -- Do not assume anyone knows what you mean

All responses are attached to your support ticket. No answers will be given in email.

HINT: If you are not receiving timely responses, read your comments and ask yourself if YOU would answer!


For ALL other products:

Before you log a support ticket, allow time for email to deliver you login details. Check your junk and spam folders.

If you need to log a ticket, provide complete purchase details and ask a complete question with your request.

Be patient in waiting for your response. I work my own support desk, and yes, I do take my weekends off.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. Return to this support system to check the status of your ticket. Email is not reliable!
